Unlike other tools like Manus that seem somewhat more complex at first, here you get a chat window in pastel tones where you can enter text for the AI to answer your questions. Furthermore, the tool also offers you the option to use your voice and the LLM will provide each response in the male or female voice you selected.

Macaron features some pre-designed templates that will be very helpful for creating simple apps that will solve your day-to-day problems. For example, you only have to provide a few brief instructions to create a calorie counter that analyzes photos of your meals or an outfit recommender to make the most of the clothes in your closet.

My experience using Macaron

When I installed Macaron on my POCO F5, I was given 300 free credits that I could use to chat with the LLM without restrictions. I selected a voice from the different options and asked the AI for advice on a couple of topics. The responses seemed coherent, with the quality of other conversational models like Gemini. After this, I used two credits to use a template that allowed me to easily create an app to identify the ingredients needed to prepare the meal seen in a photo I uploaded from my gallery.

What I liked most about Macaron and what could be improved

• What I liked most: If you can write, you can create an app. I found the generated tools to be attractive and easy to use, which was appreciated since I do not have technical app development knowledge.

• What could be improved: I would appreciate the ability to make more changes to the predefined templates and being able to use the created apps offline.
