Managing Partner Jim Stockmal brings over forty years of experience in strategy development, organizational design and development, and performance improvement. Jim’s joy is to help people and organizations be the best they can be. Jim grounds his approach to serving clients in the values of the field of organizational development and applied behavioral science.

Jim is Co-Lead author of the International Association for Strategy Professionals (IASP) Body of Knowledge, 3.0. Jim has also published in the Center of International Relations’ on-line blog (www.ia-forum.org) and numerous articles in IASP’s The Strategic Edge and their peer reviewed journal, Strategy Magazine. Jim was elected to IASP’s Hall of Fame in 2021.
