We charge a one-time setup fee of CHF 35 per room. This includes setting up the personalized survey and providing room cards with wooden card holders. After that, you’ll only be charged when your guest uses our solution. These charges are based on your room cleaning costs. For example: Personalized room cleaning (10% applied to your base rate and 25% applied to a fully canceled or added room cleaning). We would be happy to provide you with a non-binding quote.

Definitely. Some advantages simply require a bit more manual work, but we're happy to explain how that works. The number of guest participants doesn't just depend on the interface.

Our solution can be customized and flexibly designed for your business. You can offer your guests individual room cleaning or personalized add-on options, giving guests the ability to adapt room cleaning to their needs.
