Since Sam Walton opened the first Walmart in Arkansas in 1962, the company has become the world's largest retailer by total revenue. Its massive footprint includes nearly 5,000 locations in the United States alone. The stores (and Walmart's robust website) are a one-stop shop for clothes, electronics, home goods, jewelry, cosmetics and groceries at low prices. In recent years, the big-box giant has teamed up with celebrities including Drew Barrymore, Ree Drummond and Sofia Vergara to launch trendy collaborations on everything from cookware to clothing. Customers can sign up for a paid Walmart+ membership that offers free shipping and grocery delivery, savings on gas and prescriptions, and exclusive access to major deals.

You have 90 days to return most items. Exclusions include wireless phones, some consumer electronics and products sold and shipped by a Marketplace seller. Walmart offers same-day delivery for items that are in stock at your local store. To see if your item is eligible, select "Delivery" before adding it to your cart — time slots are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Walmart+ members get free same-day delivery ($35 minimum); if you're not a member, it costs $9.99 per delivery (or more if you choose "Express Delivery" in 75 to 90 minutes). Walmart also offers same-day pharmacy delivery across the country.
To cancel an order, log into your Walmart.com account and find the order you want to cancel in the "Purchase History" section. Scroll to the bottom and, if the option is available, select "Request Cancellation." If the item is already on its way or you ordered it from a Marketplace seller, you may not be able to cancel.
