You can return your Macy's order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Go to the "Easy Returns" page and start your return by either signing into your Macy’s account or entering your order number. Bring your packaged return to any UPS access point. Purchases made online can also be returned in store. In-store purchases may only be returned to a Macy's store. For furniture and mattress returns, contact Macy's Customer Service at 1-888-822-6229.
Macy's purchases can be shipped to your home, your local Macy’s for in-store pickup or to a UPS access point. Platinum and Gold Star Rewards members can take advantage of free shipping when shopping with their Macy's Card, and Silver and Bronze Rewards members get free shipping on purchases over $25. All other customers receive free shipping on orders over $49.
To use a Macy's promo code, go to your shopping bag and enter the code into the "Enter Promo Code" field on the right side of the page. The discount will be applied to your final total. Note that Macy's allows only one promo code per order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the "Track Shipment" link in the email to find out where your package is and when it will be delivered. You can also track your order by logging into your Macy's account.
You can purchase a Macy's gift card at any Macy's store or online for delivery. You can also purchase an e-gift card online that will be sent to its designated recipient via email within 24 hours of purchase.
