“Under the Sea”

Whilst often mistaken for giant fish, mermaids are in fact real. However contrary to myths, they care not about dragging unsuspecting victims into the depths. These bubbly maidens have little care for the surface world.

As one with the waters in which they live wield their power to manipulate and control water only in defence of their homes from those who would defile them.

Fencing Wasps

Oversized wasps with a finesse for combat. With rapier like stingers they strike at any foe who dares to cross their paths. With quick tempers, it is advised to steer clear of these overgrown bugs for their blade like stinger will do more than just sting.

In addition we have a friendly dummy; he may be lacking as far as holding a conversation goes but makes up for it when it comes to holding up against repeated blows.

Jungle Warriors

Deep in the jungle a tribe of peculiar puff balls can be found, their culture and traditions seemingly exotic and intriguing to outsiders. But what is most peculiar is their social hierarchy in which the strongest stands on top, literally.

Much like a totem pole they fight in unison as stacked pairs. Where one madly flails their oversized axe, the other desperately tries their best to keep said unruly counterpart under control.

Damselus Fungulus

A unique stain of mushroom that mimics the form of a petite princess, emulating the concept of a ‘damsel in distress’ to draw wandering adventurers near.

They are not strictly a harmful species, seeking only the warmth of companionship, however as mushrooms their concept of time is not like that of our own. To add to matters they have a habit of being extremely clingy should their companions attempt to leave.

Orb Thieves

A beetle reminiscent of a scarab with a peculiar habit of grabbing the glass orbs used by mystics.

Many wonder if this behaviour is due to an instinctual response to the magical properties of such ‘crystal balls’, or simply because they like to carry shiny round objects.

Finally we have a new Winged Serpent variation based loosely on Egyptian mythology.

Hermit Spirits

Spirits of void born from begotten wishes and desires pooled within the remains of discarded dolls. The larger the doll the greater the spirit held within.

As objects created in the image of living beings, designed even as companion to children; it is not unheard of for such a doll to end up absorbing the residual emotional and spiritual energies of their owner.

Abandoned and left to fester these energies gather together within their host’s stuffed body, forming a pseudo-soul of their own. As mindless creatures they roam without purpose, a natural longing to clasp tightly to living beings drawing them onwards.
