Screenbox

Screenbox is a multimedia player for Windows that will allow you to play any video or song stored on your PC. The app has a modern and simple interface, with all the tools you need to easily enjoy your favorite movies on your PC or Xbox.

An elegant and easy-to-use player

The first thing you'll notice when you open Screenbox and start playing a movie is its fluidity. The program will start playing the video file instantly, keeping the original aspect ratio. Right-clicking on the image will open a menu with several options, among which is the option to adjust the aspect ratio by choosing between five default options (16:9, 4:3, 21:9, 1.85:1 and 1:1) and a custom option to enter the ratio of your choice.

Adjust playback speed

One of the most interesting features in Screenbox will allow you to change the playback speed, similarly to how you can in YouTube. Again, just right-click on the screen while playing a video and choose the Playback Speed option. You can choose from many preset options to make the video play slower or faster, but you can also enter any value you want.

Manage subtitles and audio tracks

Like any self-respecting modern video player, Screenbox allows you to easily load subtitle files. Not only that, but you can manually adjust the subtitle synchronization, just in case the subtitles are out of sync in the file you're using. You can also quickly switch between audio tracks. Just click on the Audio and Subtitles button to choose from all the available options.
