What We Do
We tailor our supports to align with our partners’ unique instructional needs and trends in student performance.
Assessment of School Quality
From curriculum to operations, we collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify high-leverage methods to improve outcomes for all students.
Content-Area Specific Professional Learning
Our customized, job-embedded training for preK-12th grade educators for math, ELA/literacy, science, and social studies helps teachers and leaders understand the expectations of their content area and standards, deepen their content knowledge, and apply evidence-based instructional strategies through instruction and leadership.
Curriculum-Based Professional Learning
Materials matter. We provide customized training for teachers, coaches, and school leaders on a range of high-quality instructional materials for preK-12th grade math, ELA/literacy, science, and social studies. We are an approved provider in Rivet Education’s Professional Learning Partner Guide.
Leadership Training & Coaching
Skilled instructional leaders drive school improvement. Through training and coaching, we help school and district leaders and leadership teams implement high-quality instructional materials, build strong teams, and create systems to support rigorous instruction.
Strategic Planning & Implementation
We help you manage organizational change to improve student outcomes. Together, we set data-driven goals, build stakeholder buy-in, and monitor progress.
Communities of Practice
We convene teams of educators across different school systems who serve in similar roles, grade-level bands, and content areas to deepen their learning about content- and curriculum-specific instruction and share ideas and strategies across their network to increase the quality of instruction for all students.
