Users can control resolution, color mode, and compression, then save to popular formats such as PDF, TIFF, and JPEG, including multi-page files. Flexible file naming and output routing help automate workflows, and compatibility with standard TWAIN applications allows easy integration into existing document management systems. When paired with OCR tools, ScanWizard DI can also produce searchable PDFs and text for efficient archiving and retrieval.
