Senior Vice President
Shawn Mills brings 24 years of experience across the soft craft service segment in commercial, industrial and special event sectors, having held roles from helper and sales representative to senior VP of operations with both family-owned and multi-billion-dollar organizations.

Aaron LaFleur
Vice President of Sales
Aaron LaFleur is responsible for increasing company revenue/sales by identifying and developing new business opportunities and growing relationships with existing clients. Prior to joining ScaffSource in 2019, he worked at the Shaw Group, a pipe fabricator for the oil and gas industry, and At-Pac, a scaffolding and rental and sales company. Aaron’s experience ranges from engineering drafting and pricing/billing to operations management and customer relations.

Regional Sales Manager – Texas/Oklahoma
Since joining ScaffSource in 2023 as a Regional Sales Manager, Kevin has been committed to helping clients find the right solutions for their scaffolding needs. He partners closely with customers to understand their goals, identify the best-fit products and services, and deliver tailored support from initial inquiry to project completion. Kevin’s customer-first approach, combined with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, plays a key role in driving value and results. Prior to ScaffSource, he honed his attention to detail and commitment to quality as a Quality Analyst and Quality Manager at TechnipFMC, a global leader in energy technology.

Regional Sales Manager – West Coast
Samuel came from United Rentals and has been in the construction industry since he graduated from Northern Arizona in 2019 with a Marketing degree and a certificate in sales. New to the ScaffSource team, Samuel is a regional Sales manager for scaffolding and shoring for the west coast division and is based out of beautiful San Diego, CA!
David Harper
Regional Sales Representative – Gulf Coast
David Harper brings a strong mix of field experience and customer-focused sales to the Gulf Coast region. With a background in heavy equipment operation and several years in the auto glass industry, he’s managed large service routes, built lasting client relationships, and delivered on-site solutions with precision. At ScaffSource, David leverages that hands-on knowledge to help contractors and site managers find the right scaffolding systems for their projects. Known for his reliability and practical problem-solving, he’s committed to keeping projects safe, efficient, and on schedule.

Andres Molina
Sr. Operations Manager
Andres joined ScaffSource in 2020, bringing with him 11 years of experience in the scaffold industry. As Senior Operations Manager, Andres is responsible for ScaffSource’s operations across the U.S.
Quincy Waithe
Operations Manager – Gulf Coast
Quincy joined ScaffSource in 2024 as Gulf Coast Operations Manager based out of Houston, TX. As a New Jersey native, Quincy joins us transitioning from a 10-year career in the EV Auto field having served in Operations for Tesla and Rivian. Quincy holds his BSBA from Walden University and utilizes his skills and knowledge to source orders and maintain efficient logistical strategies across the region.
Travis Fischer
Operations Manager – West Coast
The Operations Manager for the West Coast, Travis joined ScaffSource in 2023. His responsibilities include sourcing orders from the company’s network of yards, scheduling deliveries of scaffolding and shoring materials and returns. Travis worked for seven years at Amazon’s Last Mile Delivery and Fulfillment and five years at Target in distribution and general management prior to joining ScaffSource. He holds an MBA from Boston University and a BS degree from the University of Minnesota.
Raymond Ferrante
Operations Manager – East Coast

Raymond is the Operations Manager for the East Coast and began his career with ScaffSource managing the Baltimore yard in 2019. His current responsibilities include sourcing orders, scheduling deliveries and managing shoring materials and returns. Prior to joining ScaffSource, Raymond worked at Essendant a wholesale distribution and fulfillment service company for 20 years.
