Cuplock scaffolding is a system that’s been trusted worldwide for over 30 years. Known for its unique locking mechanism, Cuplock scaffolding is both fast and economical to set up. This fully galvanized, modular system features pre-engineered horizontal and vertical components, making it an excellent choice for some of the world’s most complex projects.
Available exclusively in imperial sizes, these systems are designed to meet your construction needs with reliability and efficiency.
Verticals
Cuplock Vertical components are the basic pieces of the Cuplock system. Each Vertical features:
- Spacing between cups vertically: 19-11/16” (.5M)
- Spigots are bolted into top of each Vertical
Horizontals/Ledgers
Cuplock Horizontals define the bay sizes of the scaffold. They are available in a range of sizes from 1’ 10” to 10’, accommodating both imperial and metric measurements. These horizontal components are crucial for creating the scaffold’s framework.
Side Bracket
Side Brackets are used to extend the working platform. These pieces are essential for extending the working platform, and allow for greater flexibility and workspace.
Face Brace
Cuplock Face Braces are 6’ 6-3/4” (2M) diagonal braces with blades that fit into the Cups on Verticals. These braces can also serve as handrails when used with stair units, adding safety and stability to the scaffold.
Clamp Braces
Clamp Braces are designed to be used with the corresponding ledger sizes listed in the description.
Truss Bearers
Cuplock Trusses are used when the span between Verticals is greater than 6’ and is required to carry a load. All plank levels with bearers longer than 6’ require the use of Trusses to maintain structural integrity and load-bearing capacity.
Lattice Girders
Lattice Girders are available in various lengths to handle long spans while maintaining load-carrying capabilities. Measuring 19-11/16” (.5M) tall, these girders span two Rosettes vertically, providing robust support for extensive scaffold setups.
Stair
Cuplock Stairs feature a drop-in type stringer that rests on the supporting ledger. It’s strongly recommended to use Cuplock Stairs with 9” S-Hook-type planks. Standard CFB080-Face Braces are used as handrails, ensuring secure and stable access throughout the scaffold.
