Detailed Quote and Approval

Fabrication, Sourcing, and Lead Time
Once approved, your order goes into production. For drapery, we source fabric and fabricate in our workroom. For shades and motorized systems, we source from trusted suppliers. Lead times vary by product — we confirm them at the quote stage.

We keep you informed as your order moves through production and confirm an install date.

Professional Installation
Our team arrives on the agreed date and installs everything cleanly and precisely. We handle all mounting, hardware, and motorized wiring. We work carefully in your home and clean up after ourselves before leaving.

We install every window on the agreed scope. If something needs adjustment on the day, we handle it.

Walk-Through, Adjustment, and Follow-Up
Before we leave, we walk you through every window. We demonstrate any motorized systems, answer questions, and confirm everything is working as expected. If anything needs a follow-up adjustment, we schedule it.
