We take a proactive approach to safety management, implementing rigorous procedures and continuous training to ensure every project is completed without incident. Our Safety Manager and Safety Representatives collaborate closely with general contractors and trade partners to strengthen our culture of safety and uphold the highest standards on every job site.

Our safety team is composed of highly trained professionals, including OSHA 500 Outreach Trainers, Board Certified Safety Professionals, an NQA Level 1 Lead Auditor, CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor Trainers, Aerial Lift and Forklift Trainers, and Scaffold Erectors. Through leadership, accountability, and education, Rolling Plains Construction maintains one of the safest and most trusted workforces in the industry.
