RMP4

RMP4 by Rsupport is a companion module designed to enable secure, real-time remote support when used with Rsupport solutions such as RemoteCall and RemoteView. It allows support technicians to view and, where permitted, control a user’s device to diagnose issues, configure settings, and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

• Real-time screen sharing and, where supported, remote control
• Secure session initiation via code or invitation from an authorized technician
• In-session chat and optional on-screen annotation tools
• File transfer and clipboard support (feature availability may vary by device and OS)
• Lightweight installation with permissions requested only when needed

Important notes:

• RMP4 is not a standalone application. Install it only if instructed by your help desk or service provider.
• A valid Rsupport service (e.g., RemoteCall or RemoteView) is required on the technician side.
• Feature availability and performance may vary based on device model, OS version, and organizational policies.
