Note: If the appointment date is not visible on the calendar, start at step 1. If it is visible, skip to step 3.
1. Select the calendar at the top of the schedule.
2. When the calendar opens, select the date of your appointment.
3. Locate your appointment by looking for the Gold square.
4. Open your appointment and scroll to the bottom of the form.
5. Download your files. The file labeled "Coaching Plan" will contain the link to your session video. Additional resources or feedback may also be available.
