What does this PR do?

This change make the console display the version number the same way the server log does. Before the console showed v.25.XX.1, now it shows v25.XX.1.

Motivation

Server log

Checklist

  • I have run the build using mvn clean package command
  • My unit tests cover both failure and success scenarios

Summary of Changes

Hello @gramian, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request focuses on a minor but important consistency improvement by standardizing the version number format displayed in the console. The change ensures that the console's version output now aligns perfectly with the format presented in the server logs, providing a unified experience for users and administrators.

Highlights

  • Version Display Consistency: The console's version number display has been updated to match the format used in the server logs, removing a superfluous dot.
  • Format Adjustment: The change specifically modifies the version string from 'v.XX.YY.Z' to 'vXX.YY.Z' in the console output.

Code Review

This pull request introduces a minor cosmetic change to align the version number format in the console with that of the server log. The change is simple, correct, and effectively achieves the stated goal by removing a period from the format string. The implementation is straightforward and I have no further comments.
