In this role, an M&A Advisor will have the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders at our firm, participate in all aspects of our business and work closely with management teams at our portfolio companies. Please note that this is a 1099 contractor role, and no base salary is provided.
- Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information
- Conduct industry and company due diligence
- Prepare and review pitch/business origination materials and other presentations: develop and review pitches and other presentations and be an integral part of the team in delivering these presentations
- Prepare and review information memoranda and other transaction documents: draft key marketing and key transaction related documents
- Drive transaction execution, from the pitch phase through marketing and closing of a transaction
- Perform valuation and ad hoc financial analysis
- Assist in the marketing and execution of existing engagements

Salary Range: Commission only, no base: Competitive splits on success fees.
