From Organizers (Account Holders)

• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your card details
• Raffle content: Titles, descriptions, and settings you create

From Participants

• Entry information: Name and email address (required for winner notification)
• Phone number: Optional, only if provided

Automatically Collected

• Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken, timestamps
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Process payments for raffle publication
• Send winner notifications and entry confirmations
• Send important account and service updates
• Respond to support requests
• Improve the Service and fix issues
• Prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use participant emails for marketing.

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• With organizers: Participant names and contact info are visible to the raffle organizer
• Public raffles: Winner names may be displayed publicly if the organizer chooses to show them; the activity log shows redacted entry activity
• Service providers: We use trusted third parties (see below) to help operate the Service
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Email provider: Transactional emails (winner notifications, confirmations)

These services have their own privacy policies and handle data according to their terms.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS)
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• Access to data is limited to those who need it

We retain account information as long as your account is active. Raffle data (including participant information) is retained as long as needed to provide the Service and maintain audit trails. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
