Session Overview This session brings together digital health leaders from APAC and Australasia to provide updates, speak about current challenges and future direction on different aspects based on their organisations, which include the College, federal, aged care, general practice.  The Challenge Award was renamed in 2002 in honour of RACMA Fellow Dr Margaret Tobin, who was tragically murdered in her office building that year. A specialist psychiatrist, Dr Tobin was a great exemplar of the modern mental health leader, who always had time for teaching, mentoring, support and advice. The award recognises Dr Tobin’s contribution to RACMA and her passion in developing leadership in the field of mental health. This session is a panel discussion with medical leaders from across Australasia who are currently in or have held vital leadership roles in the public or private health care sector. The panel will share their leadership journeys, insights and wisdom with the audience.
