Invitation to Attend

We are pleased to invite you to attend RACMA 2026, held in Melbourne, Australia, from 10–13 October 2026.

As RACMA’s flagship event, the Annual Conference brings together medical leaders, clinicians, executives, and decision-makers from across Australasia and beyond to explore the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing healthcare leadership today.

The 2026 theme, Performance Health Leadership on the Global Stage: Human Judgement. System Performance. Safe and Sustainable Care, reflects the evolving complexity of medical leadership in a world shaped by global pressures, technological advancement, and increasing demand for safe, high-performing health systems. The program will explore how leaders balance human judgement with system performance to deliver care that is both effective and sustainable.

Workshops will be held on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October (at an additional cost), followed by the main Conference on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 October.

Set within the iconic MCG Precinct in Melbourne, the conference offers a world-class setting for learning, connection, and collaboration. Delegates will have the opportunity to engage with thought-provoking plenaries, practical workshops, and meaningful networking with RACMA members and non-members alike.

Conference Logo Concept
Designed by Bessy Vazzocchi

The conference logo represents performance on a global stage, where medical leadership is both visible and consequential.

The circular form reflects both the world we operate in and the iconic arena of the Melbourne Cricket Ground, subtly referencing the form of a cricket ball and the precision, discipline and performance required at the highest level.

The upward movement within the design represents human judgement, deliberate, considered and forward moving. It speaks to the ability to lead with clarity in complex, high stakes environments, balancing system demands with confidence and care.

A considered break in the circle signals disruption and progress. It reflects the courage to challenge existing systems and to push toward safer, more sustainable models of care.

The circular language also draws from RACMA’s Indigenous artwork, where these forms represent meeting places. This is fitting for a conference, a space for connection, shared knowledge and collective understanding, and acknowledges the importance of listening and learning in how we lead.

The palette draws from RACMA’s new brand colours, reinforcing cohesion, evolution and a clear forward direction.

Together, these elements reflect the core responsibility of modern medical leadership, to perform on a global stage while remaining grounded in human judgement and connection.
