What The Thresholds Mean?

Billing Thresholds are automatically set to $50 for new accounts. Therefore whenever your campaign spends more than $50, your credit card on file will be charged. Additionally if the month ends and the billing threshold is not met, you will be charged for the any uncharged amounts for the month. We will periodically increase user's billing threshold after multiple successful payments have been processed. Users can also initiate a request to increase the billing threshold via the form on this page.

Daily Max Spend Thresholds are the budgets the Qujam system will allow you to set per day on addressable and drawn geofence campaigns. This amount is 4x the billing threshold. If you need a larger daily spend, then please complete the form on this page.

Event Geofencing Max Spend Thresholds are similar to the Daily Max Spend Threshold, but event geofencing (launching in 1Q 2026) is budget by the entire campaign, not by the day. Therefore the event geofencing max spend is 50x the Billing Threshold.

Please Note

Your billing threshold is periodically monitored and increased or decreased automatically for accounts based on successful payment history and the amount of their advertising spend. Updated changes will automatically appear in your Qujam profile as a form of notification of the change and you will not received any other form of notification if a change occurs.

You can request a billing threshold at anytime.

Reviews of your request may take up to 10 business days. If your threshold is approved for an increase, it will show up in your profile page as a form of notifying you of the results of your request.  You may not receive another form of communication about your request's results.
