QPST

QPST (Qualcomm Product Support Tools) is a proprietary suite of Windows-based utilities developed by Qualcomm Incorporated for servicing devices built on Qualcomm chipsets. It enables technicians to detect and manage connected devices, read and write service programming data (NV items), access the device’s embedded file system (EFS), back up and restore calibration and configuration data (QCN), and flash or update firmware via its Software Download component. Common modules include QPST Configuration, Service Programming, EFS Explorer, and Software Download.

Designed for use by carriers, OEMs, and authorized service centers, QPST requires the appropriate Qualcomm USB drivers and device diagnostic access. Because it operates at a low level and can alter critical settings and firmware, improper use may cause data loss, affect radio calibration, or render a device inoperable. Distribution is typically limited to authorized partners under a proprietary license.
