Presentation Guidelines
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your valuable contribution to QD 2026. To ensure a seamless experience for all participants, please review the following presentation guidelines carefully.
1. Oral Presentation Guidelines [Presentation Schedule & Duration]

Technical Requirements
- Format: Presenters are requested to prepare their slides in MS PowerPoint or PDF format (16:9 aspect ratio recommended).
- Equipment: A laptop running Windows with standard office software will be provided in each session room. To minimize transition delays, all speakers are strongly encouraged to use the conference laptop provided.
- File Submission: Please upload your presentation file via a USB flash drive in the designated session room at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your session or during the coffee break.
- Compatibility: To avoid technical issues, especially with embedded videos or complex animations, please bring a backup version of your file and check for compatibility with the session room technicians.
- Check-in: Speakers must report to the Session Chair in their assigned room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
2. Poster Presentation Guidelines
Poster sessions offer an excellent opportunity for interactive discussion. Presenters are required to display their posters on the designated panels throughout their assigned session.
Poster Specifications
- Panel Dimensions: 1.0m (Width) x 2.5m (Height).
- Recommended Poster Size: A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait orientation.
- Content: Ensure that the title, authors, and affiliations are clearly visible at the top of the poster.
- Materials: Mounting materials (adhesive tape or pins) will be provided on-site. The use of double-sided tape is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the panels.
