Reservation Process (*Please fill out the reservation form and send it back to Paradise Hotel Busan reservation center)

1. Enter Group Code (15166) and click on the confirm button (Please doublecheck on the correct group, and then click on the activated reservation button.
2. Enter guest information
3. Select Period of stay and guest room type
4. Payment (Online Guarantee: Your credit card information is required at the time of booking only to guarantee your reservation. No charges will be made to your card during the online process.)

• Breakfast Buffet (Main Bldg. 1F. On the Plate, 06:30-10:00): Adult (KRW 50,000), Child (KRW 35,000 / 48 months ~ elementary Schoolchild)
• The rates above are non-commissionable, and they are Inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax.
• The rates above are NOT INCLUDED Breakfast.
• Number of guests: 2 Adults. All rooms of the building are non-smoking areas.
• Check-in time is 3p.m. (15h 00) Check out time is 11:00 a.m. (11h 00). Past the mentioned check-out time, the following rates will be applied (Until 3pm (15h 00): 50% of the room rate, After 3pm (15h 00): 100% of the room rate)

• The Leisure facilities (Ocean pool, fitness club, Sauna, Spa Cimer) will be closed for maintenance every fourth Wednesday each month.

Cancellation Policies

Amendments, Cancellations are available upon following regulations: Hotel has the right to claim all room charges, which would be deducted from your guaranteed credit card. Cancellation or No-Show after the room reservation is being charged as below.

• You can cancel or change your reservation until 18:00 2 days before your stay.
• You case cancel or change your reservation until 18:00 1 days before your stay: 50% commission per night charge will occur.
• after that if you cancel: 100% commission per night charge will occur.
• The same penalty may be charged for a no show on the day of stay.
