We are happy to offer full refunds for seminar registrations if you are no longer able to attend.

However, please note:

• If you request access to seminar notes, recordings, or additional resources, you will not be eligible for a refund, even if you did not attend the live session.
  
• This policy helps us honor the value of the materials provided to participants and the preparation work done by our instructors.

These classes go in-depth on a topic, with opportunities for writing, experimenting, sharing, and discussing work with the instructor and peers.

We understand that plans change. This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms based on the length of the Writing Intensive you’re enrolled in. These policies help us manage waitlists, classroom continuity, and instructor preparation.
