Quality Policy

The activity considered to be in compliance with the International Standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 is:

Rental, repair, maintenance and sale of water pumps

The Policy Statement sets out the following guiding principles:

  1. Commitment to meeting applicable requirements, including legal ones.
  2. Based on the context analysis carried out and the defined strategic lines, the company’s objectives have been established and communicated at all levels of our organisation.
  3. Implementation of Quality and Environmental Management indicators in order to evaluate process performance, enabling us to understand and ensure the product and quality level expected by our customers, while guaranteeing a rational use of natural resources.
  4. Management of processes that reduce the environmental impact of our activities, and prior assessment of the environmental impact of new activities or services.
  5. Promotion of the rational use of natural resources and clear awareness of the need to protect our environment, not only through our work, but also by involving all our suppliers and customers.
  6. Commitment to environmental protection, including pollution prevention and the sustainable use of resources.
  7. Development of continuous training programmes aimed at improving the qualification of our staff, thereby involving all personnel in achieving the objectives set out in this document.
  8. Commitment to the continual improvement of the management system implemented in the company.
  9. Promotion and achievement of a motivating environment for all members of the company.
    Management makes this Policy accessible and available to its customers, all employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
    The Policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, in line with management system reviews, in order to take into account changes in environmental conditions and new information received. In this regard, management provides and will continue to provide all the necessary human, technical, and economic resources to achieve the
    objectives and goals established on a scheduled and periodic basis.
