EMAIL EVIDENCE ANALYSIS

Probatia determines whether an email was genuinely sent by the person or organization it claims to come from. The analysis detects impersonation, spoofing, or inconsistencies in the sender’s identity, helping lawyers assess whether an email can be reliably attributed to a specific party.

The platform reconstructs when the email was sent and received, validating the consistency of dates and times. This is essential in disputes involving deadlines, formal notifications, contractual communications, or legally relevant timing.

Each email is preserved exactly as received, without alteration. Probatia ensures traceability and integrity so the email can be treated as digital evidence and reviewed later without risk of manipulation.
