After purchasing the plugin/extension, you’ll get 2 emails from us (Prevent Direct Access – [email protected]), namely “Your Prevent Direct Access account has been created!” and “Your order from Prevent Direct Access is on its way!” where you can download our plugin and manage your subscription.
How to manage your subscription?
Step 1: Click the “Set Your New Password” button in the email titled “Your Prevent Direct Access account has been created!” to set up your password.

Step 2: Set up your password

After successfully resetting your password, you will be redirected to your account page dashboard, and the tabs:
- Orders
- Downloads
- Addresses
- Payment Methods
- Account Details
- Subscriptions
- Log out

Each order can only include one plugin or extension, making it easier to track and manage purchases.
All purchased plugins and extensions will be managed via the Order page, allowing you to:

View Orders: Access all plugin and extension purchases.
- Download Invoice
Note: Extensions come with a license key, but it can’t be used to activate the PDA Gold plugin or the extensions. The extension key only links to your PDA Gold license. To activate extensions, you must first activate both the PDA Free and PDA Gold plugins and enter the PDA Gold license key. Once done, extensions can be activated without entering a separate license key. If you don’t have a PDA Gold license key, you won’t be able to activate the extensions.
If you already have the PDA Gold plugin but still can’t activate the extension, please contact us via [email protected] or through the PDA Contact Form.
Step 3: Click on the “Order” tab to view all the plugins/extensions you purchased:

Step 4: View the details of an order.
- Clicking the “View” button, you will be able to:
- Downloads plugin
- View Order Details
- View Subscription Details
- View Billing Address

Step 5: Click on the “Subscription” tab -> “View” to cancel, update the payment method, and check the status of the subscription

At this page, you will see information related to your subscription, such as:
- Status: The current status of the subscription.
- Subscription Date: The date the subscription started.
- Next Payment Date: The scheduled date for the next payment.
- Subscription Expiry Date: The date the subscription will expire.
- Next Recurring Payment: The amount and date of the next recurring charge.
To avoid service disruption, subscriptions for all plugins, including Prevent Direct Access Gold and its extensions, will be automatically renewed every year. If you do not wish to renew your license, you must cancel the subscription by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button before the next payment date. No refunds are issued for automatic renewal payments.

Note: If you purchased before June 1st, 2025, you may not see your subscription details on the PDA website. In that case, your subscription is managed via Stripe.

Change Payment Information Method
You can also change the payment information via the “Change Payment Method” button.
After clicking it, you will be redirected to the payment method page, where you can enter your new payment information and click “Add Payment Method” to update.
