2. Service Description

PodtoBook.ai transforms podcast RSS feeds into readable books in PDF, DOCX, and EPUB formats. Users can select up to 15 episodes per book for conversion.

Our AI technology performs substantial transformation, reorganization, and adaptation of podcast audio content into written book format. The service extracts non-expressive elements while creating new expression and meaning in book form.

Processing time typically ranges from 1-2 hours depending on episode length and quantity. Users receive email notifications when books are ready for download.

We provide a free sample chapter for quality review before purchase. Download links expire after 7 days from delivery.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure they have appropriate rights, authorization, or ownership to access and convert the content they submit to our service. We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.

Users are responsible for:

• Verifying they have rights to process submitted podcast content
• Providing accurate and valid RSS feed URLs
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not submitting content that infringes on third-party rights
• Using the service only for lawful purposes

Users agree not to use the service to process content they do not own or have permission to use, or to create derivative works that violate intellectual property rights.

4. Payment and Credits

Our service operates on a credit-based system where credits are consumed when generating books. One credit equals one complete book (up to 15 episodes).

Payment terms:

• Personal Bundle: $249 for 1 book credit
• Agency Bundle: $997 for 5 book credits
• All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
• Payment is required before book generation begins
• Credits remain valid for 12 months from date of purchase

Quality assurance: We provide priority support with all orders to ensure every episode and chapter is complete and professionally formatted. If any chapters are incomplete or encounter processing issues, we will regenerate them at no additional cost to maintain the highest quality standards.

Refund policy: All sales are final once a book has been successfully generated and delivered. If technical issues prevent successful book generation, the system will automatically refund your credit for future use.

We encourage reviewing our free sample before purchasing to ensure our service meets your needs.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All rights to original podcast content remain with the respective creators and copyright holders. Our AI technology performs transformative processing that extracts non-expressive elements while creating new written expression.

Users retain ownership of any books generated through our service, subject to the rights of original content creators. Generated books may be used for personal, educational, or commercial purposes in accordance with applicable copyright law.

The PodtoBook.ai platform, including its AI technology, algorithms, and proprietary methods, remains the intellectual property of Five Milestones LLC and its licensors.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We use Google Authentication solely to verify a valid email address for secure book delivery. We do not collect or store any additional personal data from your Google account beyond your email address.

Data collection and processing:

• Google Authentication: Used only to obtain a valid email address for book delivery
• Book order information: Details about your book generation requests and preferences
• Transaction information: Order history and credit usage (payment processing excluded)
• Payment processing: Handled exclusively by Stripe, a third-party payment processor

Data handling:

• Podcast content is processed temporarily for book generation only
• Generated books are stored securely for 7 days for download access
• We do not retain podcast audio content after processing
• User email and order information is maintained for service delivery
• No financial information is stored on our servers

We implement appropriate security measures to protect the limited data we collect. Stripe handles all payment information according to their security standards and PCI compliance requirements.

7. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

Support services:

• Priority support for Agency Bundle customers
• Manual revision of incomplete or problematic chapters at no additional cost
• Technical assistance for RSS feed and content issues

We typically respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of generated books, though we provide human review and revision when needed.

Limitations:

• We are not liable for copyright infringement by users
• Generated content quality depends on source audio quality
• Processing times may vary based on technical factors
• We cannot guarantee compatibility with all podcast formats

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Upon termination:

• Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from original purchase date
• Generated books remain accessible for the standard 7-day period
• Account data may be retained as required by law

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that accrued before termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Significant changes will be communicated via:
