What formats are supported?
We support PDF, DOCX, and EPUB formats for all generated books. Choose your preferred format during the book creation process.
How long does it take to generate a book?
Book generation time depends on how long the audio files are for each episode and the quantity of episodes selected. Most books are ready in 2-3 hours using our AI processing technology. Once the book is ready for download you will receive an email with the Google account you signed in with. This download link will expire in 7 days.
How many episodes can I include?
You can select up to 15 episodes per book. This ensures optimal reading experience and processing time.
What is the priority support?
We will manually revise and or resend any chapter that is either incomplete or encountered processing issues. We have humans working in the back to make sure your book is complete and professional. If you encounter any issues with any chapters or content, contact us so that we regenerate that chapter(s) for you at no additional cost.

We offer a free sample chapter for your review to ensure quality meets your expectations. This requires signing in with your Google email so we can deliver your book securely. To generate a complete book with up to 15 episodes, you purchase book credits through our platform. Each credit allows you to create one complete book from your selected podcast episodes.
What is the refund policy?
Our credit system operates on a one-credit-per-book basis. If technical issues prevent successful book generation, the system automatically refunds your credit for future use with any podcast of your choice. Once a book has been successfully generated and delivered, all sales are considered final. We encourage reviewing our free sample before purchasing to ensure our service meets your needs.
What about content rights and ownership?
Our AI technology performs substantial transformation, reorganization, and adaptation of podcast audio content into written book format. This process extracts non-expressive elements (facts, concepts, and statistical patterns) while creating new expression and meaning in book form. The transformative nature of converting audio episodes into structured written chapters serves a fundamentally different purpose than the original podcast format. All rights to the original podcast content remain with the creators. Users must have appropriate rights or authorization to submit content for processing.
