Choosing A New Language

Learning a new language is a long and rewarding journey but before you embark, it’s important to choose the right language for you!

First, you must ask yourself when and where you might end up using your newly acquired language skills. If you happen to foresee yourself moving to a French-speaking country in your future but you have a passion for K-Pop, it can be difficult to choose between learning French or Korean. It is crucial that you select the right language for you, which is where Influent comes in! With over 20 languages included in the game to choose from, you can easily try comprehending French pronunciations and reading Korean Hangul before you commit to one or the other. If you’re dedicated to learning more than one language then power to you! Influent has up to 10 separate save slots so players can actively enjoy learning multiple languages as once!

Each language in the game features pronunciations from native speakers that were painstakingly recorded specifically for Influent. Selecting an object in the game will trigger an audio pronunciation so you can quickly level up your language comprehension skills. There are even audio-specific game modes that require players to listen to a word’s pronunciation and then locate the object within the environment. Furthermore, Influent provides players with the ability to swap the displayed alphabet in languages like Japanese so you can see vocabulary words in Kanji, Hiragana, and Romaji, depending on your preference and skill level!
