As a retired Senior Lecturer at the University of Aberdeen, Bruce specializes in crafting immersive ‘learn by doing’ experiences for students, centering on lean, agile, and service design methodologies. He mentors individuals and teams, and orchestrates open space and co-creative events, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous growth.

Born, living, will die. Mathematician by training, pragmatic agilist by passion, play and improv explorer by heart. Since 2016 supporting companies with agile transformations, team development, and organizing their work. Sees value in not knowing, though repeatedly fails to apply it. Loves to see growth in others and herself. Still feels not ready for life, but life doesn’t seem to care. Enjoys travelling, biking, photography, and small music festivals. Katrin is dedicated to inspiring through training, facilitating, and building communities with a focus on playfully engaging people. She’s passionate about crafting environments that foster trust, collaboration, and creativity. Through her brands, StrategicPlay® and CoCreACT®, she’s been delivering innovative trainings and solutions for strategic co-creation, including LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, since 2010. She’s co-founder of play4agile and co-organiser since the beginning. Katrin can artfully steer any discussion to her favorite topic, ambiguity, and how it can be a negative stressor and a stimulus for growth. More

Experiencing Taylor’s theories in China around 2013, a drastic change in goals happened. Veit’s goal is to focus on self-organized teams creating products by heart for problems they really understand by feeling the pain of the users.
