1.    Teams must have a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 6 members.

2.    Each participant can only be a member of one team.

3.    Each team member must be registered for this even on Devpost. Only participants registered on this Devpost site will be eligible.

4.    Your project must be submitted to Devpost to be eligible.  No modifications can be made to your submission after the submission deadline.

5.    All projects must be submitted to Devpost no later than 11:59AM EST Sunday, March 12, 2023.

7.    You are permitted to use publicly developed and openly licensed API’s for your project.  However, we do ask that you disclose the use of API's that have not been created by your team in your project submission.

8.    Let organizers know if there is something that makes you uncomfortable. We’re here to make your experience great. 

9.    All participants must respect the Philly Codefest Code of Conduct.
