Fincons Group - Finding Trusted Resources
1 winner

A few years ago, it was a common thought that being good at your job was just a matter of how well you could perform a task.
To be a good Software Engineer, you just needed to write clean code; if you were an accountant, all you had to do was be good with numbers.

As the global market changed, we began to notice that often being great in just one skill is not enough, and we started evaluating for other stuff like empathy, communication capabilities, proactivity, efficiency and leadership: the so-called soft skills.

However, when conducting interviews recruiters usually wrap their heads about verifying if the candidate has those skills.
Most of the time they shoot in the dark, hoping the person they’re betting on is good enough.

CHALLENGE:

Based on your previous experience, both in and out of the University, build a product that aims to help recruiters to evaluate a candidate’s trustworthiness and soft skills.
Don’t forget to take advantage of the newest innovations in the IT field, with a keen eye on AI, thinking about how this marvelous technology could help recruiters in their daily activities.

Criteria:
multiple 1(least)-5(most) criteria based on the following:
- quality of content (the quality of the content of the presentation the participant presents)
- quality of product (the quality of the actual solution that was created)
- quality of the idea
- execution and time to market
- cost to be on the markets
- quality of presentation (how the participant presents his/her work)

Winning team will receive a meeting/interview with the Fincons Group!
