Personalize Your Therapy is focused on building access for those individuals and groups who want to strengthen their connection to themselves, others, and the world around them. Our goal is to create safe spaces where you can be seen and received by professionals from diverse communities. You can personalize your outfit, your phone, your social media and so much more. It’s time to personalize your mental health journey with us at PYT.

Growing up in the Bronx I didn’t have the experience of seeing very many mental health professionals that looked like me, came from similar neighborhoods, or understood those little things that you just shouldn’t have to explain. It motivated me to become the change I wanted to see and to date is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Meet The Team

Some things that are important to know when working with me are that I would describe myself as a people person. I am passionate about the work that I do and am a hard-working and driven individual who enjoys challenges. Others would also describe me as open and honest, a clear communicator, and striving for equity in everything I do. I care deeply about humanity and fight to empower anyone to find their rightful place on their journey to better themselves.

I am a clinician who believes in the healing journey for everyone. Creating a safe space for all to feel seen and heard. That is my goal for every client in every session. I want you to experience the freedom and joy of being authentically you.

Associate Therapist

My therapeutic approach is a direct reflection of my core values: autonomy, compassion, honesty, impartiality and trust. I believe that therapy is a healing journey to self-exploration and improving communication. To support clients through the process, I offer a safe genuine space of openness, unconditional positive regard, and empathy.
