WP - FAQs
Please note you will only have this module if it was in the original website scope – otherwise, we are able to add this to your website, please just let us know!
- Log into the admin section of your website
- On the left hand side click the ‘FAQs’ tab
Here is the list of all your FAQs, click into any one of these to edit an existing FAQ, such as fixing spelling mistakes or updating information. Make sure you click the blue ‘Update’ button on the right hand side to save any changes.
- To create a new FAQ select the ‘Add New’ button.
- The title of the review is where you add the question.
- In the text block area, this is where you can add the answer to your question.
- If your site has FAQ categories enabled, select the category the FAQ should sit under from the right hand side.
- After you have finished adding in all the required information click the blue ‘Publish’ button on the right hand side.
- Hit the “clear cache” from the top menu bar, before navigating back to the website to check if the new FAQ is show.
- Make sure you go to the faq section or page on your website to ensure your newly added review is pulling through correctly – please see our FAQs page if you’re content isn’t pulling through correctly: https://pebbledesign.com/pebble-support/support-faqs/
