This project, located in Miramar, FL, is a 128,807 square-foot residential building that will have 115 apartment units. Limited availability for pouring made this a challenge, especially with demands for large orders of material. With this job site located in a residential area, there were limitations to pour schedules, traffic challenges and specific permit restrictions limiting trucks on the job site. Ozinga dispatchers had to work carefully and strategically to get trucks on and off site to service 600-700 yards at a time.
This residential apartment complex is set to be completed later this year by Phorcys Builders Corp.
