Full time Ozinga engineers are constantly working to develop custom and highly specialized products and solutions in an AASHTO and CCRL-certified research and development lab.
Testing and QC
Ozinga’s team of engineers and scientists develop, analyze and experiment with specialized products and solutions in a controlled environment.
Lab Services
Our lab technicians and research engineers perform various tests including strength & compression, shrinkage cracking, thermal requirements, set times, and more.

Plant Efficiency and Energy Reduction
Ozinga’s commitment to net-zero goes beyond the building materials. Since 2018, Ozinga has reduced its energy intensity by more than 30%. This includes looking at all equipment, operations, and facilities to identify opportunities for energy saving improvements including:
