MedSquare Place Solution
Located in Miami-Dade county, this modern, two-story, mixed-use building was designed to meet the needs of the healthcare industry and senior citizens in the area. Conveniently located to local hospitals and medical centers, MedSquare Place is a beautifully designed Class “A” medical office building constructed by South Pointe Construction. We were proud to partner with South Pointe and supply material for this 37,000 square-foot facility.
MedSquare Place, designed by MODIS Architects, will also have residential space for independent living. This space was thoughtfully designed and planned to provide quality housing that caters to senior citizens’ independent living needs. In addition to the contemporary and comfortable environment, it also allows residents safe and close access to South Florida’s exceptional healthcare and wellness companies.
In addition to concrete footings and pouring the foundation for this multi-use building, there was also a need for high volume of material in a short amount of time to stay on schedule. Slump, timing, and consistency was crucial for pumping the concrete on this project and required great attention from Ozinga’s quality control team. See how it all came together from start to finish:
