Atlantic Station Solution

Miami, Florida, known for its vibrant culture, stunning beaches, and lively nightlife, has been experiencing rapid growth and urban development in recent years. Among the many construction projects that have been transforming the city’s skyline, the 813,254 square-foot development in Miami-Dade county stands out as a truly transformative endeavor.

This ambitious project is set to redefine the Miami landscape, offering a mix of commercial, residential, and recreational spaces that will cater to the needs and desires of both locals and visitors alike.

The Atlantic Station (formerly Block 45) Construction Project was conceived as a response to the growing demand for modern and sustainable urban spaces in Miami. Spearheaded by a consortium of visionary developers, architects, and urban planners, the project’s main objective is to create a dynamic and inclusive environment that blends harmoniously with the existing urban fabric. The vision of this new development is to embrace diversity, integrating residential and commercial spaces seamlessly to foster a sense of community. Furthermore, sustainability and environmental consciousness have been ingrained into the core of the project’s design, with the goal of minimizing its ecological footprint and enhancing the quality of life for its residents and visitors.

The developer on this project, Atlantic Pacific Companies, stated that this is the largest single phase mixed-income Transit-oriented Development to ever be built in Miami-Dade county.

“As in-house builders for Atlantic Pacific Companies, we are thrilled to be part of the creation of this monumental project, seamlessly blending innovation and thoughtful design to craft a vibrant and sustainable community for the modern era.”

In order to keep up with on-going tight schedules, the concrete delivery began hours before sunrise. Ozinga supplied over 1500 cubic yards of concrete on this project, servicing more than one pump and crew at the same time. The high volume demand and congested traffic area made this project a good candidate for a night pour, eliminating some of the logistical challenges of pouring in the middle of the day. This mixed-use building will feature 616 apartments and over 24,000 square feet of retail space. Atlantic Station was designed by Bermello Ajamil & Corwil Architects, it is set to be completed in 2025.

Together, there’s nothing we can’t handle.
