Many Outlook users or simple owners of Google accounts have to deal with all kinds of issues when they want to synchronize their Outlook contacts and calendars with their Google accounts. This synchronization is a tedious task that requires a lot of hard work and dedication when it’s supposed to be performed manually, with no help. Happily, there’s this little Outlook plug-in - Outlook4Gmail which makes this task a fast and easy one.

I highly appreciate the fact that this add-in syncs Outlook and Google contacts with attention to each and every little detail: from Name, Company, Phones, Emails, Addresses, Dates, Persons, Notes, Contact Picture, to Categories and Google Groups.

When it comes to synchronizing calendars, bidirectional transfers are possible. This tool can both import a calendar from Google into Outlook and export an Outlook calendar to Google. The contacts can also be synchronized in any direction you wish. Furthermore, the synchronization of contacts from multiple Google accounts with Outlook is also possible.

As you can see, though it’s only a small add-in for Outlook, Outlook4Gmail comes with a lot of handy features and works flawlessly. In my opinion, it’s surely worth being tried by anyone in need of synchronizing Outlook and Google contacts and calendars.

This Outlook plug-in works great, it's easy to use and is nicely integrated within Outlook. I asked a question for technical support and got an immediate response. More
