Our youth program is dedicated to cultivating future leaders and using soccer as a tool for personal and community development.
Our Girls Program emphasizes mentorship, inspiring leadership, and building self-esteem and confidence.
Future Forward is Open Field’s flagship teen program, combining soccer with career exploration, mentorship, and leadership development. Through weekly sessions, college visits, and seasonal leagues, participants build confidence, set goals, and prepare for life after high school. It’s not just about the game—it’s about the future.
Since 2010, Open Field has been working globally to implement sport-based youth development programming for thousands of youth in West Africa. We began our mission in Cameroon and after a decade expanded our partnerships in West Africa and beyond.

In 2025, Open Field continued expanding opportunities for young people through sport, education, and leadership.
From youth programs in Pittsburgh to international partnerships in Cameroon and Guinea, we helped more young people build confidence, community, and pathways for the future.
