FAQ

Licenses & Activation

After installation, open your DAW and, if necessary, rescan your plugin folder. Then, search for the plugin in your DAW and load it onto a track to open the GUI.

If you still have a few days left in your trial, click on the rectangle that appears in the middle of the plugin window. You will then be prompted to enter your license. Enter the license, submit it, and then remove the plugin from the track and reload it.

If your trial has already ended, the plugin will immediately prompt you to enter your license. Enter your license, submit it, remove the plugin, and launch it again.

No Activations Left on the License

If there are no activations left on your license, log in to your account at login.noiseworksaudio.com. Go to the **Licenses** section to view your license and the devices it is linked to. Remove a device from the list to free up an activation and use the license on another device.

Used the Wrong Form to Enter the License

If you purchased your license from noiseworksaudio.com, you do not need to enter the license in the form on the user login dashboard. This form is only required for customers who bought plugins from a third-party store. Instead, enter the license directly into the plugin once you’ve opened it in your DAW.

Licenses purchased from a reseller are disabled by default. To enable your license, follow these steps:

1. Create an account at login.noiseworksaudio.com.
2. Log in to your account and enter the license in the form displayed on the dashboard.
3. Click Submit and wait a few seconds.
4. Once the popup appears, reload the page.

After reloading, the installer will be available on the dashboard, and your licenses can be viewed by clicking on Licenses.

  1. Log in to your account at login.noiseworksaudio.com
  2. Go to “Licenses” in the menu on the left
  3. Find the license and the device you want to deactivate
  4. Click on “Reset Device”
