The National Day of Mourning is a day to remember and honour those lives lost or injured due to a workplace tragedy. The Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Safety Association (NLCSA) advises that Cherie Whelan, CEO, has given notice that she has accepted another opportunity, and that her last day with NLCSA will be Friday, February 27, 2026.
