Michal Olnik has over 25 years of experience in technology companies—both product and Professional Services—in senior business management roles. Throughout her career, she has managed large-scale profit and loss (P&L) units and led sales, marketing, partner, operations, and service organizations. Michal brings extensive experience in leading innovation initiatives, developing growth engines, building strategy, and driving continuous improvement of business and organizational processes. Over the past two decades, she has held senior executive roles, including VP of B2B at Bemy, management of a business unit at Retalix / NCR, leadership of Dimension Data’s local operations in Israel, and management of Microsoft’s international partner ecosystem. Michal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and an MBA.

Ruti Specializes in leading V-level and C-level Executive Searches. She joined 'Nisha Executive' in 2015, after a decade of managing recruitment & HR in leading pharma and medical devices companies. After a pause of nearly 2 years in which she served as HR senior manager at a medical device company, she returned to lead a wide variety of Executive Management positions. BA from the Faculty of Humanities, Tel Aviv University.

Lizi has degrees in agriculture, pharmacology, and a master’s in biotechnology from the Hebrew University.
