/ Q&A

Automation, Done Thoughtfully

Successful automation starts with understanding. Here we clarify who we are, what we do and how we help reduce risk.
Nextomation builds on the legacy of teamtechnik Poland, which was established in 2005 as part of the international teamtechnik Group. Following a strategic rebranding, we now operate under our own independent brand – Nextomation.
Nextomation designs, builds and implements assembly and testing systems for industrial production. We support our customers from early concept and feasibility through engineering, integration, production ramp-up as wekk as long-term service and after-sales support.
Our strength lies in combining mechanical design, electrical engineering, software development and process know-how. This allows us to deliver complete, end-to-end automation solutions tailored to real production requirements.
Many companies face this question. Automation is neither a one-size-fits-all solution nor a goal in itself – it’s a tool. That’s why we start by analysing process, volumes, variability and business objectives of our customers to determine where automation creates real value.
When designed and implemented correctly, automation improves stability, repeatability and quality. Challenges arise when it’s applied to processes that aren’t ready or are overcomplicated. Through early analysis and phased implementation, we protect existing performance while strengthening what already works.
An optimal production concept starts with understanding the product, process and expected volumes. We work with our customers to define requirements, assess risks and evaluate scenarios before major technical or CAPEX decisions are made. By focusing on manufacturability, stability and scalability, we define the right level of automation which is often not the most complex, but the most balanced.
A good RFQ requires more than a technical description. Clear product assumptions, expected outputs, quality targets, boundary conditions and future scalability are key. We often support customers at this stage to structure requirements properly and reduce project risk later on.
