This package provides the reference assemblies needed to compile .NET projects that integrate with Vector tools and APIs (for example, CANoe, CANalyzer, or vTESTstudio). These assemblies are used at build time to target specific .NET Framework versions; they do not include the .NET runtime and do not change how applications run on your system. Install this package if you develop or build .NET-based extensions, plug-ins, or test modules for Vector products. Uninstalling it can break builds for such projects but will not affect running applications.
