We bring you into our showroom to formalize the design phase, align on your vision, and collect a design retainer. This is where excitement begins.
Conceptual Design & Visualization
Our designer creates floor plans, 3D renderings, and material boards, so you can see the transformation before construction starts. We refine until it’s exactly what you want.
Final Selections & Proposal
All finishes, fixtures, and materials are locked in. We present a detailed proposal with transparent pricing, a clear scope, and a realistic timeline.
Ordering & Scheduling
We order all materials, schedule trades, and finalize logistics. Your materials are inspected and stored in our warehouse — ready when we need them.
Construction & Final Walkthrough
We protect your home and follow the schedule. At the end, we walk through together to ensure every detail meets our standard — and yours.

Many clients stay. We use dust containment systems, protect your living spaces, and work to minimize disruption. For whole-home projects, some families choose to stay elsewhere temporarily.

Yes. We have designers who work with you from concept through final selections. From 3D renderings and floor plans to material boards and fixture choices, we guide the entire design process — ensuring your vision comes to life exactly as you imagined.
How do you handle budget concerns?
We align on budget early and value-engineer designs to fit your priorities. All selections are finalized before construction begins, so there are no surprises.
What if something goes wrong after the remodel?
We offer a lifetime warranty on our workmanship. If there’s ever an issue due to workmanship, we’ll take care of it.
