We Take Action

Every day, more than 10,000 people turn 65 in Florida. In Northeast Florida, adults aged 60+ make up 22% of the population. ElderSource partners with local, state, and national organizations to advocate for older adults and expand programs that meet daily needs and help during crises.

Our Emergency Assistance Serving Elders (EASE) helps seniors facing unexpected financial hardship. Established by J. Wayne & Delores Barr Weaver and supported by The Jim Moran Foundation, EASE currently serves Duval, Clay, Nassau, and St. Johns Counties, with similar assistance available in our southern counties.

Many older adults must choose between medicine and meals. Supper for Seniors program delivers nutritious meals to those in need, including Meals-on-Wheels.
Sharing & Caring Closet provides essential items like incontinence products and waterproof pads—items not covered by insurance. Please consider an in-kind donation through our Amazon Wish List or in person to keep our shelves stocked.
