Veteran Support
The Veteran Directed Care program is a partnership with the Veteran’s Administration and ElderSource. The program is designed to help Veterans remain in their homes and receive services from a caregiver of their choosing. Veteran Directed Care is part of the Veterans Health Administration Standard Medical Benefits Package.
Adults with Disabilities
Healthy Aging
Wellness programs supported by ElderSource improve the health and well-being of older adults, helping them live better lives and remain independent. Wellness programs help maintain or improve physical health, mental health, and social health. ElderSource works in partnership with the Northeast Florida Area Health Education Center (AHEC) to offer evidence-based programs to adults aged 60 and over. Classes are offered at no charge.

The ElderSource Sharing and Caring Closet is a resource for Northeast Florida seniors and caregivers to donate and receive consumable medical supplies.
